RETURN POLICY

Solethreads believes in 100% satisfaction of its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a very liberal Cancellation & a 7 Day Returns & Replacement Policy.

 

How do I cancel an order on solethreads.com?

 

It is strongly recommended that you refer to our size charts when placing an order. If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please cancel it within 24 hours of placing an order before the shipment is created so that the cancellation can be processed smoothly and a full refund can be initiated.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

Refunds will be initiated within 2 working days from the date of cancellation of order or after successful QC of returned product. The Refunds will reflect as ‘Store Credits’ in your Solethreads Account which can be redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase of the product. The Store Credits will be equal to the amount paid for your order. The Refunded ‘Store Credits’ will reflect in your account within 7 days of refund initiation.

 

 

Replacement Policy

 

You can initiate the Replacement within 7 days of receiving your package.

You can opt-in for a replacement if you face any size issues or want to get any another design within 7 days of receiving the product. Please go to ‘My Orders’ under ‘My Account’ page and submit the request for replacement specifying the reason for replacement. We would process the request and you would get a confirmation on the request raised within 48 hours.

  1. Pick up of order items within 2 working days post approval of the replacement request. No pickup on Sundays or Public holidays. Please repack the items in package received.
  2. The Replacement package will be delivered to us within 5-7 working days. The Items are then checked by our QC team and the replacement is shipped out within 2 working days.
  3. Replacement Process Timeline: 15 days for the replacement to reach you.

 

Return Policy

 

Returns are only applicable if you have received the product in a physically damaged condition or if the quality of the product is compromised at the time of delivery. You can raise a Return request within 7 days post receiving the product. We will review and process the request within 48 hours. Post successful verification of the submitted request, we will initiate the pick-up and return.
