MY ACCOUNT

Don't worry, be calm. Simply visit our sign-in page and click on “Forgot your password?” Then follow the prompts to reset it.

Yes, you absolutely can. You can Log-in using your Google or Facebook IDs.

You can change your email id or password by editing the fields in the ‘Account Information’ Tab under My Account Page.

Please click on the Address Book under the ‘My Account’ page and edit your address. .

You can see your balance under the ‘Store Credits’ tab after logging in your account under ‘My account’ page.

MY ORDER

  • Browse through our wide range of products until you find something you like. After you’ve chosen what you want, select the relevant size by referring to the Size Chart.
  • Once you’re done, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
  • After you have added all the products to Cart, click on the Cart icon on the top right. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’.
  • From there, you can either Log in to your existing ‘Solethreads’ account through your registered email-Id or other social Log-ins or simply create an account by filling in your details on the Checkout page itself. 
  • Fill in your details, confirm your shipping address and click on ‘Next’. Select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking on ‘Place Order’

  • Once you successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email and an SMS with details of your order and your order ID.
  • You’ll receive another email and an SMS once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your kickass product(s) to arrive.

  • OAs a first step, kindly check your bank account to ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 10 business days.
  • For any other assistance/issues you can write to us atwecare@solethreads.com or call us on our helpline, and we’ll help sort things out.

  • Once you’re done, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
  • Click on Orders to see the status of your current order (as well as your order history). You can simply click on ‘Track Order’ and check your order status.
  • After your order has been successfully placed, you will immediately receive a confirmation and order details via email and SMS. Once your products have been shipped, you will be notified again via email and SMS.
  • In case there is any unusual event or complication that leads to a delay in shipping your order, you will immediately receive an update from our end with reasons and the revised shipping and delivery timelines.
  • If there are any other issues/ delays that come up, or you need the order to be delivered urgently, write to us at wecare@solethreads.com or call us on our helpline, we will see what we can do to help.

  • It is strongly recommended that you refer to our size charts when placing an order.
  • If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please cancel it within 24 hours of placing an order before the shipment is created so that the cancellation can be processed smoothly and a full refund can be initiated.

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paytm, Google Pay.

  • Due to security purposes, once an order has been verified, we cannot modify or make changes to the order.
  • We would be more than happy to cancel your order if it has not been shipped and help you place a new order with your correct shipping/billing information if you'd like.

  • In the event we are unable to fulfill your order you will receive a cancellation email detailing the voided charge and reason for a refund within 2 business days.

  • If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
  • Also, please call our customer care at 8447744427 or email us at wecare@solethreads.com mentioning your Order ID and Customer Name.
  • We will personally ensure that a new replacement is issued to you. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you give the product back.

SHIPPING

  • Orders are dispatched in 7 days and delivered within 12 to 15 days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

  • We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders.
  • Our prices are all-inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices except Octroi, if applicable in your region.

  • Solethreads.com is committed to delivering your order in good quality within a given time frame. We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays.
  • To ensure that your order reaches you in a good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.
  • If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your items via Government Registered Book-post or Speed-post.

REPLACEMENT

  • You can initiate the Replacement within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • You can opt-in for a replacement if you face any size issues or want to get any other design within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • We would process the request and you would get a confirmation on the request raised within 48 hours of raising the request with us.

  • Pick up of order items within 2 working days post approval of the replacement request. No pickup on Sundays or Public holidays. Please repack the items in the received.
  • The Replacement package will be delivered to us within 5-7 working days.
  • The Items are then checked by our QC team and the replacement is shipped out within 2 working days.
  • Replacement Process Timeline: 15 days for the replacement to reach you.

  • Go to the ‘My Account’ page and Log in using your credentials.
  • Go to ‘My orders’ section and go to the Order for which you want to initiate replacement.
  • Click on the ‘Returns’ button and select the ‘Replacement’ option in the Pop Down menu.
  • We will process your request within 2 working days and you would get a confirmation over email and SMS regarding the same.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • A customer can return the product, only if you have received the product in physically damaged condition or if the quality of the product has been compromised.
  • You can raise a Return request within 7 days post receiving the product.
  • We will review and process the request within 48 hours.
  • Post successful verification of the submitted request, we will initiate the pick-up and return.

  • Pick up of order items within 2 working days. No pickup on Sundays or Public holidays. Please repack the items in the package received.
  • Your Return package will be delivered to us within 5-7 days. The Items are then checked by our QC team and the refund is initiated within 2 working days post successful verification.
  • The Refunds will reflect as ‘Store Credits’ in your Solethreads Account which can be redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • The Store Credits will be equal to the amount paid for your order.
  • Return Process Timeline: 15 days for the refund to reflect in your Solethreads account.

  • If an order is placed on a product which was on Sale, only the amount paid by you will be refunded as Store Credits and not the current product price.

  • Refunds will be initiated within 2 working days from the date of cancellation of an order or after successful QC of returned product.
  • The Refunds will reflect as ‘Store Credits’ in your Solethreads Account which can be redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase of the product.
  • The Store Credits will be equal to the amount paid for your order. v
  • The Refunded ‘Store Credits’ will reflect in your account within 7 days of refund initiation.

MISCELLANEOUS

You will automatically get subscribed to our marketing emails and SMS's after registering with us. In case you do not want to receive these, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the email.

We only sell online so there is no try-and-buy option available. However, in order to make sure you pick the right size, we have a size chart with measurements on our Homepage and also on all product pages. For any queries, please write to us at wecare@solethreads.com<or call us on our Helpline number.

Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.

No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.
